ART IN MOTION

Join us tomorrow morning for the kick-off event of a month-long series of ART IN OCTOBER celebrations. Tei-An's Weekly Imports From Japan

We all know Tei-An is one of Dallas' top Japanese restaurants and has been recognized both locally, regionally and even nationally. However, when I found out that he actually flies his fish fresh in EVERY Tuesday & Thursday straight from Japan (yes, e-v-e-r-y week) I was blown away. It always bewilders me to think how fortunate we are to live in an era when this is a possibility. Check out this video to see a sampling straight from Fukuoka's fish maket.
