E-Waste Recycle Day at One Arts Plaza this Wednesday, April 22nd!!!

This Earth Day, Wednesday, April 22nd from 10am - 12pm, One Arts Plaza will be offering E-Waste recycling. As you spring clean, gather all those old electronics, computers, televisions and anything that can be plugged in for recycling. A detailed check list is listed below if you have any questions with the items you would like to bring to have recycled.

SHOW YOUR WINGS PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST at One Arts Plaza

One Arts Plaza in conjunction with the Consulate General of Mexico in Dallas and the Wings of the City exhibit is pleased to announce the “SHOW YOUR WINGS PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST”.  Photos uploaded from April 1 - May 6 are eligible to win gift certificates to dine at one of four One Arts restaurants: YOLK, Jorge’s Tex-Mex Cafe, Tei-An or Proof + Pantry. 

Follow the 3 simple steps!

Step 1: Take a good picture of yourself with the sculpture of Jorge Marin’s Wings in the Plaza at One Arts

Step 2: Upload your photo to Instagram OR Facebook (make sure it’s shared via “public”) and use the following hashtags: #ArtatOneArts #ShowYourWingsDallas AND also tag it to: @OneArtsPlaza. Both hashtags and the tag must be used. 

Step 3: The photography contest will have five (5) winners: 

• The 4 photos with the most “likes” on Facebook and Instagram AND
• The photo chosen by sculpture Jorge Marin
• Photos must be uploaded by 11:59PM on May 6, 2015
