Resource One, Finance Seminar at OAP

Wednesday, April 8th, Resource One will feature the seminar "Getting Back on Stable Financial Ground" at One Arts Plaza. The seminar is open to all, and is free. Drinks and dessert will be provided--attendees are encouraged to bring a brown-bag lunch. The seminar runs from Noon to 1pm.

$5 Margarita Mondays

Perhaps we can love Mondays a little more now that Jorge's Tex Mex is offering $5 Margarita Mondays all day. This includes any flavor (excluding top shelf), on the rocks or frozen. Jorge's also has a delicious list of choices including: Splendita–low calorie, swirl, mango, strawberry & guava. Who says you have to wait until Friday for happy hour?

Crime Plummets in Downtown Dallas

Good news to everyone wanting a cleaner, safer downtown. A recent report from the folks at Downtown Dallas: Overall crime in the Central Business District is down 51%!

In an eBlast, Downtown Dallas President and CEO, John F. Crawford said, “Public Safety is the number one priority of DOWNTOWNDALLAS. We work every day to ensure a safe, positive and vibrant quality of life for residents, visitors and employees of Downtown. Strides like this are evidence of our enhanced efforts through our Downtown Safety Patrol, public-private partnerships with the City of Dallas and Dallas Police Department, and vigilant monitoring of the state of the Downtown environment.”
