As someone who works at One Arts Plaza, I dine at Jorge's at least once a week for lunch. I think the D Magazine review got it all wrong. I can't speak for the mini tacos on Tuesday night, but I'm a huge fan of both the Carne Guisada and the Deluxe Especial. The service is always good and the price is right - it's the best value in the Arts District.
