Another Nomination for Beard Award

We are soooo proud that once again, our very own Teiichi Sakurai of Tei-An Japanese restaurant has been selected as a semi-finalist in the category of "Best Chef: Southwest" for the James Beard Foundation Awards. This is his third nomination to this honorable, national award. As one of only three, 5-star restaurants in Dallas, Teiichi has really created an authentic Japanese Soba House. If you haven't been so lucky to try his white seaweed salad, his curry soba (many flavors are available but this is my fav), or his home-made soba ice cream, then wait no more.
